What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy free of charge. 

What is your check in time?

Check in is anytime after 3pm, however should you arrive and your room is ready we will be able to accommodate you and check you in.

Can your family room accommodate two adults & three children?

We currently have two family room which have a double & three singles beds- in order to book these rooms we would advise to contact us to book the additional child.

Do I need to pre-book dinner & breakfast times?

Yes , we would certainly advise booking in advance for breakfast and dinner. Our Bar area do not take bookings, it is a first come first served basis.
